This Privacy Policy describes how DRACHM ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from this website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this policy.
Personal Information We Collect
Contact and order information: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and the items you purchase, return, or inquire about.
Payment information: collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Technical information: basic data such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting and payment providers process automatically when you connect to the Site, for security and fraud prevention.
Communications: anything you send us directly, such as a customer support email.
How We Collect It
Directly from you, when you place an order, sign up for updates, or contact us.
Automatically, when your browser connects to the Site (for example, your IP address and browser type), as part of normal hosting and security operations.
From our service providers (Stripe for payments, Printful for order fulfillment, and our website hosting provider), who process certain information on our behalf.
How We Use Your Information
To process and fulfill your order, including arranging production and shipping through Printful and processing payment through Stripe.
To communicate with you about your order, respond to support requests, and screen for potential fraud.
With your permission, to send you marketing communications about new drops, restocks, and updates (see "Marketing Communications" below).
To maintain, improve, and secure the Site.
To comply with applicable law or respond to a valid legal request.
How We Share Your Information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the business:
Printful — receives your name and shipping address to produce and ship your order. See Printful's Privacy Policy.
Stripe — receives your payment information to process your transaction. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
If we later use web analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) to understand site traffic or run ads, we will update this policy to name those tools specifically before enabling them.
We may also disclose information to comply with the law, respond to a legal request, or protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
Marketing Communications
With your permission (for example, if you sign up for updates), we may email you about new drops, restocks, and promotions. You must opt in before receiving these.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. Opting out of marketing won't affect transactional emails about an order you've placed.
Cookies & Local Storage
The Site uses your browser's local storage to remember your shopping cart and saved items (wishlist) as you move between pages. This stays on your device and isn't shared with anyone.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Our payment processor, Stripe, may use cookies on its checkout page for security and fraud prevention. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Our Site does not currently respond differently when this signal is received.
Data Retention
We keep your order information for as long as needed to fulfill the order, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to receive a copy of it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and provide a way to opt out before it takes effect.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in the Contact section. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, email us at the address below.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites (such as Instagram). We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — we encourage you to review their policies directly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. We'll post the revised policy here and update the "Last updated" date above.
